Our solution delivery process - what to expect during the design of your web site
A successful web design project starts and ends with a well defined process and clearly defined goals.
Here's what to expect when you ask us to design your web site...
Exploration
During the first phase of the web design process, we will meet to determine your main objectives and requirements and to discuss ideas.
Mockup
We will design a single web page for you to look at.
This will give you a good idea of how your web site will look and feel and you will have the opportunity to changes things and refine the design.
Design
We will build the complete web site and show it to you. Again, you can give us feedback and we can make small changes.
Implementation
We will load your web site onto the host server.
You now have a fully functional, professionally developed web site.
Support, maintenance and updates
For the first 3 months, we will monitor your web site performance with the search engines and if required, perform additional optimisation free of charge.
Additionally, we offer three updates per calendar year free of charge.
Our free updates are based on updates to existing pages - not major redesign. For example, the menu page for a restaurant or a "special offers" page.
